Royal pears, or “Doyenne du Comice”, are a French speciality strain of the orchard widely considered to be the finest flavoured. These pears are added to G’Vine’s unusual grape-based gin, alongside the sophisticated fragrant spice, cardamom.The final product is a soft and fruity gin liqueur, with notes of rich orchard fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, bright jellied pear, grape sweetness and subtle gin botanicals.A lovely, summery liqueur that would be delicious served long with tonic or lemonade.
